To initiate Workshop registration, complete and submit the form below. Registration is completed (i) by submitting the Workshop fee by credit card, ($150 for senior participants and postdocs and $75 for students) to the address below and (ii) for speakers and poster presenters, by submitting a one-page abstract online (Please do not use special characters: ASCII only). Researchers from outside the Network should contact Poul Jessen before registering.

Important deadlines:

  • December 15, 2004 – Abstract Submission
  • January 10, 2005 – Registration
  • Janyary 17, 2005 – Registration payment due
  • January 17, 2005 – Hotel reservation
